Climate Solutions for Health Co-Sponsors Sun Day – Madison

The Climate Solutions for Health Lab was pleased to co-sponsor Sun Day - Madison. The event, held Sunday September 21st from 1-5pm at Madison’s Westmoreland Park was part of the first-ever nationwide “Sun Day”, a day of celebration highlighting the many ways the Sun powers our lives.

More than two hundred and fifty attendees joined to enjoy the live music, food trucks, kids activities (including face painting), and booths from the many participating groups. The Climate Solutions for Health Lab and others, including the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, Mom’s Clean Air Force, Renew Wisconsin and more, provided engagement opportunities for adults and kids alike to learn about solar, sustainability, and regenerative practices.
