It’s Bike Week! Celebrate the joy of biking and biking infrastructure through a number of events over the next week. This year’s theme “Bikes Build Community,” highlights how cycling connects neighbors, supports local businesses, improves public health, and creates strong and vibrant communities across Wisconsin.

“Bike week is not only a time for getting out and having fun, it’s time for us to come together as a community. On the bike it’s easy to stop and talk to a friend or pop into a store on a whim.” - Christo Alexander, President of Madison Bikes

The Wisconsin Bike Fed has pulled together a list of Bike Week Events for 27 participating cities across the State of Wisconsin. Events range from press conferences to tours of new infrastructure, bike tune ups, pop up food, community rides and more. You can also more events specifically happening in and around Madison, WI on the Madison Bikes website

Check out this list and see what suits your schedule and your interests, and dust off your bike if you haven’t gotten out on your wheels yet for the summer season!
